Very responsive to scheduling a service and easy to communicate with. Absolutely recommended for any water damage service in your house. We had a large water leak in our house that damaged a portion of our celing. They immediately had a great team of workers sent out to us and did a good job of getting the ceiling under control, protecting the rest of the house, explaining their process, and finished work in a short amount of time.

First, they are very easy to reach and schedule - I called very late at night, so the 24 hour emergency service came in handy. I had called some other services and no one answered the phone! Hydro Hero arrived at our house as scheduled (and the first visit was within a couple hours of calling).
