They were a much bigger nuisance than the water leak. They took a few days to get to start the work. Will Stubblefield was the project manager and sounded very professional when he came for measurements. But after that, he was missing or useless. The workers did what they pleased without rhyme or reason. They left a third of the portion wet and wouldn't come back. I had to call them on a weekend and after a lot of arguments they sent a person but he wasn't sent to remedy the water damage but to change the containment area. The Project manager recused himself for every little difference of opinion. I finally had to fire them. They charged a fee which was at least five times the work they had done. Very disturbing experience.

Mom manages a rental property and she just learned that a small leak in the 2nd floor tub drain caused a mold spot on the ceiling (below the bathroom) in the entryway which is also adjacent to a staircase. I contacted several companies for help. One gave me a quote but wouldn't do the job because of the staircase, two said the scheduler would call me back and others went directly to their voice mail. However, Josh at NRT got back to me within an hour (on a Saturday night) and we immediately developed an action plan to fix the issue. What a relief! Josh with Matt were very responsive to our needs, and it was apparent that safety and customer service was a priority for them. They always answered my questions via phone, text, and/or email. And when additional testing for lead/asbestos, plumbing, and drywall services were necessary, Josh came through with referrals. Another bonus, once I gave Matt the access dates, he coordinated entry into the property with the tenant, the initial mold testing company, and all the referred services. All the referrals were just as professional and responsive as NRT, this was particularly important since this was a time sensitive and potentially a health and safety matter. Once I contacted Josh, from start to finish, my mold issue: lead/asbestos testing (1 day), remediation (3 days), post-mold testing and clearance (2 days), plumbing (1 day) and drywall (1 day) repairs was resolved in 8 days. We trusted NRT and they came through, they took care of us! Jeff and his team are really AWESOME!!! Plus he made me look good with my Mom. Yes, we would definitely use them again!

In a moment of stupidity I almost set my kitchen on fire, filling my home with the most noxious plastic black smoke. After the fire dept came, I knew that toxic smell would not go away on it's own and was very unhealthy. Josh was amazing, I was quite stressed out and he was really responsive, helpful and made me laugh when I really needed it the most. He worked directly with my home owners insurance and calmed me when I was getting anxious. He even got me in contact with a great linen, carpet cleaner to haul my items away for professional cleaning. After two nights of living in a hotel I came home to no smell and the most clean and organized home ever. The staff at NRT under Sal were helpful, hard-working and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied. My restored items were meticulously stored and cared for while in NRT’s possession. I highly recommend their services if in need.

Nestor and his team have been excellent to work with every step of the way. I have always been treated with respect and patience and really appreciate the level of service I’ve received. I highly recommend NRT.
