The technician Manny came out to handle our water damage was extremely professional and clearly took pride in his work. From the drywall cuts to the carpet removal, every affected area was left neat, organized, and clean. Even in the middle of the mess, he kept the workspace tidy and made sure we understood what he was doing. You can tell this team really cares about doing the job right. Five stars without hesitation!

We absolutely love working with Franklyn and LT! We’ve had a great partnership for years, and our clients always have wonderful things to say about their work. They did work for our inlaws recently and just WOW! Top notch! They communicate proactively, deliver excellent results, and always take care of their customers — even when it’s not the easiest or most profitable route. Edit 3.13.25: This company has gone ABOVE and BEYOND! I felt like they really cared along the entire process. Very professional, communicative, promt and courteous. Sent numerous photos of the work before, during and after keeping me in the loop. Very helpful they also sent me the moisture level readings before and after. Just very thorough work! I felt like I had the dream team on my side during a very stressful time (Franklyn and LT with Puddles Restoration and Tom DiPaolo of Footprints Floors) as I was delayed moving in my new home for two months while dealing with the water intrusions and cracked foundation issues. They even sent a video showing they had locked up and secured my home once the work was completed. Bonus: They took great care of my plants. I had driven my plants to the new house thinking I was moving in immediately but the two month delay due to the water intrusion meant my home was un-livable but my plants were present during the remediation which they put in the bathroom and closed the door as to not dry them out preventing killing them for sure and sent me a photo that they put them back out as soon as they were done. Orig Review: During renovations water was discovered they came within HOURS of discovery. Communication was great! Called and texted pics and videos just very thorough and didn’t take advantage of me financially even tho they probably could have. Came highly recommended and I would 100% agree.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!! We had a major flood from an upstairs sink that ended up pouring down into the garage, and LT was incredible from the very first call. She answered the phone after hours and immediately walked us through what to expect. Throughout the entire process, she kept us updated at every step so there were never any surprises. Any time we had a question, she was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. Her communication alone made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with all members of the Puddles organization and their associates. Each one showed me courtesy and concern, and were impressive with their knowledge, expertise and experience. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
