Zack and his assistant came to our home and did an absolutely outstanding job in our home! We had all our carpets cleaned and they look brand new and smell amazing! They were both very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. We would definitely recommend Carpet Tech and Zack to anyone in need of a great carpet clean! We will continue to use them for all our needs!!

I have old carpet that needs to be replaced, but until my 3 girls dogs get a little bit older, i will continue to use Emmanuel at Carpet Tech to just clean my carpets. They do an amazing job and get any stains i need removed gone!

The team that came were on time, very knowledgeable of the services they were doing, and well equipped to do the job with all the right equipment/tools!! They took great care in our home in not damaging anything & were awesome in cleanliness while doing the job and after completion!! Also, both of them were very well mannered and extremely respectful. Chase and his crew came to Mom's place right on time after keeping us abreast via text on their arrival time & including his picture so that we would know whom to expect. They were courteous and explained in detail what they would do and the pricing before starting the cleaning process. The carpet and furniture looked great after they finished and the whole process was done in an hour with the house looking and smelling fantastic!! I would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

I was able to get guys to come out much quicker then I expected. I think the guys solved a major problem I was having with my dryer vent. They completed the job pretty quickly and did not waste time. They were very courteous and professional and showed me what they had done and the way my dryer vent looked. The price was better than others I had called and more importantly, they were able to get me scheduled quicker and I contacted them based on a recommendation based on a reputable guy that came to repair my dryer.

Zack, Junior and Demetri cleaned my carpets Friday and did an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, promptness and respectfulness! The entire visit was an absolutely pleasurable experience! They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. My little yorkie and I sat in my recliner the entire time. I have dreaded having my carpet cleaned and have put it off due to the cost and inconvenience for a long time. The cost was reasonable and it was painless!!! Thank you Carpet Tech!!!
