Kevin was more than willing to explain and elaborate the issue I was presented with, explain the best route to go about things and gave solid advice to assist us on what to do. Speedy service and quality work! All hands on deck during our laundry room flood. At my door within the hour of the first call! Extremely professional and reassuring during a stressful time. Handled all water damage quickly and thoroughly down to the very smallest detail. Demo was not messy at all because they took excellent care of my home. Reconstruction using their contractors was efficient and restored my home to a level that is more beautiful than before the flood! Paul is so wonderful. I had a septic backup that flooded my apartment. When my landlord was telling me to just mop it up, Paul came out and assessed the damaged and informed me that the water was not just surface level, and it was not safe for my two babies to be around that area. He was over within an hour of calling him. Excellent company!

I had a laundry room ceiling that needs to be restored due to water damage. I called Ace Flood Response. Paul came by on Friday and the whole thing was done by the following Wednesday! The ceiling is as good as new. No complex paperwork or contracts! They also charged $500 less than the other company. Amazing work!

I called ACE Flood Response in a bit of a panic after a DIY bathroom renovation went horribly wrong. Not only did they walk me through how to shut off my water to stop the flooding, they showed up super fast to assess damage and begin the dry out/repair process.
