Restoration Control has gone above and beyond to make sure I was quickly advancing through every step of my insurance claim process. They were prompt to obtain the county permit, assist me with the HOA approval and have the roof contractors working on my roof just 2 days after all the paperwork was ready. All with the best quoted price. Shout out to Bibiana Cabrera who was my main contact there. Highly recommend! A++ Update 7/1/2025: Restoration Control also handled a water damage claim which resulted in the full floor replacement on my floating floor. I was very happy with the initial action. Unfortunately, it has been over a year since they did the floor replacement, and the floor has needed repairs 3 times already. It is currently cracked and lifted up in over 5 places again, and they are pointing fingers between the installer and manufacturer. Very poor experience for floor replacements. Revising review to 2 stars.

This company is one of the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. I currently have a shredded tarp on my roof for over a month now. The insurance company did not give enough money to cover it, but I was able to get fun in elsewhere just Needed an updated estimate so that the repairs can be taken care of for the last three months. They could not find anyone that can provide me an updated invoice. Isn’t there never available. It’s crazy that your opinion money to get the job done, but the customer service that they claim that they provide isn’t what it is

I can't say enough about Brandon and his team. We had extensive hurricane damage and had a bad experience with a prior contractor. Despite being busy, Brandon listened to my troubles and was gracious enough to take them on. The quality of their work is excellent. His communication was phenomenal. He essentially became part of our family, and it couldn't be more pleased with what he has done for us. Would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be in touch with him in the future.

This company is totally fake company. Do not trust them. I hire them to have tarp on my home roof. They put it on a way that come out and was hanging around whole house from roof to sides of the house. I called them to fix it as early as possible to fix it for a month. They just take my home address and phone number all the time and don't answer a single question about my complaints. They don't fix it. Once they get signed contract to receive direct money from insurance company with us, they turned around and not doing their jobs. Cheater company and don't work with them.

Estoy muy agradecido con los servicios prestados por esta compania. Le agradezco mucho a Raquel, Janeth, Abi y Luis Alejandro por su amabilidad, porque siempre responden, estan muy bien informados y me han ayudado por lo mejor de mi casa. Ya me pusieron la tarp y esta muy linda. Los recomiendo al cien porciento.

En Restoration Control tuvimos una inspección con from hecha por Ysamar y nos ayudaron a ver los daños en nuestro techo y estamos agradecidos porque estamos por tener nuestro techo y las reparaciones nuevas en nuestro hogar. Gracias Ysa!
