We were so pleased with the experience we had with Elite Mold Services. Edwardo came to our home in Lakeland and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He told us when he left that if we had any questions to call him anytime. When I got my report I had some questions and called him. He talked to me at 7:30 pm (my husband and I work nights so this was such a convenience for us) I was so impressed and grateful for his excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and actually have already recommended them to a close friend.

Elite Mold Services was great. Our mold assessor, James, explained everything clearly and gave us helpful recommendations. We’re renters right now, and because of how good he was, we plan to have him check any home we move into. Highly recommend!

Words can’t even describe how proud I am of the worker Edwardo, I’ve been hospitalized so many times and had to call an inspector out to see what was going on and I kid you not he came right on time no questions asked and went to work! Nothing but respect for this young man!
