HL Restoration

HL Restoration provided mold remediation services at my property. They offered a competitive, reasonable bid and completed the work to my satisfaction. Josh communicated well throughout the proposal phase and during completion of the work. I would use them again.

As a Regional Property Manager, HL Restoration has always provided remarkable service as a restoration company, as well as been a tremendous source of knowledge and expertise with remediating complicated projects. I've used them now for (3) significant projects at various properties that I manage. These include a massive cast iron pipe replacement, resolving an exterior leak issue that left previous managers and owners stumped, and a major remediation project after a pipe burst on Christmas Eve at one of my properties on the plaza. From start to finish they provide excellent communication, updates on any change orders, and communicate all options well. They even handled the communication with the insurance companies which I appreciated as well. Valerie and team are great and I recommend giving them a try for a variety of problematic repairs and/or projects!

I had a pest control company tell me my attic was infested and all the insulation needed to be replaced. These fine folks came and honestly told me that I didn't need their services, since it didn't look bad to them. Honest brokers. Will use them for sure when I have an actual disaster.

The HL Restoration team all performed impeccably (including Kylan, Corey, and Amanda). Right from the first call, when I was reviewing restoration companies. Then hand-holding and guidance with how things would work with the Engineer/City/insurance company. Creativity in stretching the work that could be covered by the insurance claim. Even advice on what would maximize the rental return of the property. And patience with accounting questions and payments (including a check that spent 12 days in the mail!). All this created confidence in me that the team was on my side,and would do a great job.

HL Restoration has been extremely responsive and reliable when I've had emergency situations occur. I've been very pleased with their communication and timeliness of the projects getting completed.
