I would not recomend using these guys. First off i caught them using r-19 insulation in my ceilings half the thickness required by code. They lied to my face about using the thin insulation in my bed room and denied it till i told them i was going to cut a hole to make sure they used insulation that was upto code. Then thier drywall work looks horrible you can see in the photos i added. They replaced the whole wall it should look like new but it looks like its cracking at every joint. They just didnt mud the joints properly. When i complained about it i was told by chris and jason that they had 40 years experience and i didnt know what i was talking about. Just look at the photos and you tell me if this is what you want to look at every night in your living room. After the insulation wasnt done to code i asked for a different forman since that guy looked us in the face and lied. Jason said he would look into it but the next monday same guys showed up. Day after the insulation fight someone cut a wire going to my pocket lights. They said there was no way thier guys did it. I called an electrician friend to fix it he told me the cut was so clean it had to be made on purpose. My wife showed a photo of that light working the day before they worked in that hallway but they still denied it was them. Right now im getting quotes from other contractors to fix the dry wall cause they deny that anythings wrong also they are refusing to do a final walk thru like all thier invioces say would happen before final payment. House was left completely dirty even though they charge cleaning fee per room. Missing light covers and poor workmanship. Dont use these guys. I will say water damage clean up was smooth but they sent people to rebuild who didnt have experience or just didnt care. In response to servpros response those dry wall photos are current photos the dry wall work in the bedroom was fixed in the living room your guys just sprayed more texture and painted all the seams still can be seen. If youd show up for the walk thru we could have adressed this and many other issues. But you are refusing the walk thru that was always in your quotes.

Serv-Pro is an excellent company to work with, and their employees are absolute professionals. They were all very courteous and conscientious. I truly appreciate how punctual they were and how much care they showed my home and property. They made the situation we found ourselves in much easier to handle for their portion of the recovery. While I don’t wish a water leak on anyone, this is the team you want if it happens to you. They were knowledgeable, polite, explained the whole process along the way, and were always clean in their appearance and kept the work area clean in my home, which we truly appreciate!

I would like to thank the Twin brother service techs sent by Sal to inspect our AC unit and inspect for possible mold. They were knowledgeable and informative about their findings and solved my issues with a great work ethic while working together as a team. I had all the confidence in these two well mannered gentlemen while in my home. This is the second time I've used ServPro, and they are 2 for 2 in services rendered. All involved receive a 10. Each twin gets a 10 and Sal gets a 10 because I called him at almost 11am and he had these guys out to me by 4pm.... on a Friday. Salute to ServPro! The guys showed up on time, they went to their vehicle and grabbed the tools necessary for the job. They got right to work, they were quick and efficient. Before I knew it, they completed the job. They were very polite. Job well done.

I had got a water leak at the attic, which damaged parts of the house. Servpro of Palmdale North received the call, made an appointment at the earliest and came in time as scheduled. The owner - Mr. Brandon and his team are the highly skillful, discipline and organized. They did the job at not only the quick and professional way but also decent manner. They really relieved me of deadly stress and heavy burden. It's really great to have their service.

So far we are only in phase 1. Jason Came out and asset the issue and the work has begun. It is a process, but the company keeps me informed especially since my insurance is involved. So far I have no complaints. The demolition crew came in did their job in my kitchen and was neat. Although I’m waiting for the plumber to come. I’m still able to function in my home.
