From the beginning next emergency response was an easy choice. I had three consultations one of which I had to pay for- But I ended up going with next emergency response even though they had a free consultation for multiple reasons including their Superior technology that was able to detect moisture where other companies meters clearly weren’t quality enough to do so. I showed him where we had previous water damage - and his meter was the only one that identified the correct spot . I could tell we weren’t gonna get overcharged because he could tell exactly where the damage started and ended . Additionally the overall inspection of the house felt very complete and solid- my concerns were address More completely than other companies. We felt more confident moving forward with them, because i could hand the homeowner A customized report while the rest of the inspections Felt more general and barely looked at The leak, mold and plumbing problems we kept having. I felt like the other companies would’ve had to start taking apart the floor on the wall to see how bad it was versus next emergency response had much more accurate info- I am beyond ungrateful for them!
