We appreciate Paul and the entire crew so much. He started with a thorough inspection and recommendation along with a fair estimate. They went further to make sure that the work was approved by their engineers since it was a special situation. The walls and beams are amazing and they clean up so well. On a side note, these folks are so wonderful with our animals. They always "say hello" to our dogs and one day, I didn't realize that our cat was out and about in the house and one of the workers came to me carrying her like like she was his best kitty and said he didn't want to scare her with all of the noise. Not only do they do good work, they are good people.

William at Spartan Ram Jack was amazing! He came out quickly to assess our foundation and helped us find the right solution to make the house safe but did not try to oversell us. The crew came out within a couple weeks (other companies we checked had months long waits) and they did a fantastic job. They were careful, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Really happy with Spartan / Ram Jack. I needed my steps and walk way leveled and they got it done. Great communication throughout. We had had a lot of rain this spring and they did not rush the project and postponed it a month to let ground dry. I thought that was very professional. Our basement needed to have an additional underfloor drain and a second sump to keep it from another flood after a heavy rain. Paul Wood who sold us the project described what would be done and why it was needed. The crew did the work on the day scheduled and finished promptly and without extra charges.
