What to do when you have a house flood is a very stressful situation. Micheal from Lone Star and his team made us feel at ease by their professionalism. Michael made me feel at ease. He was very calm. It was nice having someone so confident in his trade take on this job. After reading positive reviews about Lone star, I felt confident in my choice. Michael and his team are the best if you're in need of restoration work!

The guys did a fantastic job. I highly recommend. We had a ceiling leaking from a cracked floor pipe. Pat came on Sunday to diagnose and fix the problem. He coordinated carpentry repairs, mold removals, painting etc. The work was completed in just a few short days.

Short story. I was asked to go my former boss's home because of some water that had gotten into his bedroom. I knew exactly whom to call. Chris, Wesley and Alex are very helpful! They fixed the problem quickly and assessed the damages. They are the first people I call in an emergency!!! !

Juan was fantastic. I didn't know where to start and Juan provided me with detailed guidance. He also went above and beyond in helping connect me with the other service providers I required after the mold removal. The job was completed properly. He was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and his fees were reasonable. I will recommend without hesitation. The remediation crew were professional and quick. Randy, Randy's manager, was extremely knowledgeable and effective in communicating with me during the entire restoration process.

Matt and Julius helped me get the water out of our house and cut out the drywall and had their company fix up and replace it everything went smooth

The guys who did the restoration of water damage were amazing. The moisture extraction was on time thanks to their hardwork. It was never easy, but they made it look so simple.
