BELFOR Property Restoration

We had a severe fire damage to an apartment last year, Belfor was quick to respond to our needs, over the next 10 months, they worked with us closely to restore the property to rent-ready condition. Our experience is very positive throughout, I'd like to shout out the Mr Steve Gress at Belfor, he really cares about the finished product and his customer. There were a few minor things after the property was restored that need to be corrected. Since we didn't find out the issues until property was occupied by tenants months later, Belfor still worked with us and went out to address the issue. We are very fortunate to have Steve at Belfor to take care of us. Thanks you Steve and Belfor!

When we had an emergency plumbing issue that caused water damage, we turned to Belfor for service to address the water damage in our home. It was a great decision because they were thorough, accurate, very communicative, and completed the work they were tasked with. Belfor couldn’t be a worse group of individuals to work with. Every step of the way they tried to screw me over and ultimately charged me tens of thousands of dollars more than what we actually agreed to. I had to put so much of my own time into advocating for myself during the 1.5 years it took them to "finish" a restoration project, I basically should’ve been paid by them to do their administrative and project management work. I actually had a project manager admit to me that I was being taken advantage of and said that "out of 29 projects I’m currently running, you’re the only one that has been calm with me." Don’t ever use Belfor if you care about quality work and don’t want to be overcharged tens of thousands of dollars for work that isn’t delivered.

Josephat was phenomenal at taking care of remodel. Professional and courteous, as was his crew, never missed a day or left early. Josephat took great care in making sure I was presented with as many aesthetic options as possible. I felt safe with him and his crew in my home, always arrived on time. My pets loved the crew and especially Josephat. It’s been awhile since i have had work done surpassing my expectations. Thank you Josephat!
