Bright Home Construction and our superintendent Trey Welch and also the general manager for a job Brendan Skinner, along with Ron Jester, who worked side-by-side with my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered and provided all of the justification and documentation necessary. They did a stand up job of managing every detail that they needed to manage and making sure that all of our needs were met. And they also worked overtime to make sure that our time deadline was met. It was down to the wire, but they did everything that they needed to do to make sure it happened. Not an easy job and my God what a beautiful job that they and all their subcontractors did. I highly recommend them for any insurance loss job Or even any type of remodel.

Run, don’t walk; in fact perhaps solicit The Flash to get away from these guys as fast as possible. About 5 months: no work plan. We didn’t know how water/restoration repair services worked and Bright was presented as the next step/ final remodel. They came out and got all measurements and then after discussing options, we would hear nothing back. Then they’d have someone new contact and introduce themselves as new manager and start all over; each time hitting up insurance for things that in the end were not covered, like removing the medicine cabinet to paint. We wanted to assure details before any deposits and after 3 changes of project management and not receiving plans clearly stated; the final admitted he had 30 projects dumped on him. He didn’t even respond when I told him to cancel any intended work. If the company worked with integrity, workers wouldn’t leave. Grapevine says there are referral schemes, and I can’t know if that’s true, but if you’re here reading reviews to determine if Bright will be a good choice, then please take advice and go elsewhere. Radar Restoration was our saving grace: they completed the job 10 days from initial contact within budget and beautiful.

I truly enjoyed everyone I interacted with at Bright Home and the work was done to perfection. My project manager, Jacob, was fantastic to work with. I greatly appreciate that. Communication was strong and Bright Home took care of the insurance company for me which was probably the best benefit of the whole thing. I’d strongly recommend Bright Home and will be contacting for other projects in the future.

Bright Home was assigned to me via my insurer and restoration company. From the first contact, their representatives, particularly Andrew, have been thorough and thoughtful. The crew was efficient, fairly quiet, and respectful of my home. At the post work inspection, Andrew noticed some small areas for touch ups. He had a crew member return the same day. I had a concern about the paint coverage and he also managed that issue right away Andrew and his team were on time with every appointment. I was very pleased with all my interactions, including with Ron, Jaja, and particularly, Andrew. Today, all work is done and the furniture is where it belongs. Thanks, guys! I'm pleased that my insurer worked with Bright Home to take care of the damage. They made me very comfortable with an unfamiliar process. I am most definitely satisfied. I can, with much gratitude, recommend Bright Home (and Andrew) for damage reconstruction.

Bright Hime was great! Friendly, responsive, and helpful. The work was done so well and pleased my perfectionist eye! They cared about the details and product. Andrew was helpful and communicative through the whole process and made the process easy. It was an excellent experience - despite going through construction!

The tradesmen, Rene & Chet, are professional, courteous and friendly. Chet was quick to respond to questions that i texted him. Rene kept us informed while he was working, When Rene was done, he let us know so that we could check it out before he left. Chet came later to do a followup inspection. I highly recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with Trey and all the professionals at Bright home construction and even though before them. But the materials that were available and the extra work, they went through to make sure that everything was covered properly by insurance and getting things done on time was incredible. But the end result is what’s really important and their subcontractors And everybody they used were meticulous and we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them. My husband already added 16 photos so I won’t duplicate those. But great outfit to work with.
