They took the time to walk me through the entire restoration process, explained exactly what was happening with the damage, and made sure I understood every step. Honestly, going through water damage is overwhelming and scary, but Daniel M, Jacoby and Rulon put my mind completely at ease with their calm, reassuring attitudes. They worked tirelessly to get everything dried out and cleaned up as best as they could for Thanksgiving, which meant the world to me. Their genuine care turned a horrible situation into something manageable. If you ever need restoration work, this is the team you want. I had an excellent experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. Marcus went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly — he kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The quality of the work was top-notch, and they left everything cleaner than they found it. On 10/3/25, I discovered a terrible water leak in my attic. I hired a plumber to fix it. He said I would definitely need a restoration company and recommended one. I got a call several minutes later from Rocky Mountain RESTORATION to say they could have someone same day. I agreed. A few minutes later I got a call from Rulon, the estimater. He said he come come by in about 1 1/2 hrs. True to his word he arrived to assess the damage. He took readings everywhere he saw damage and brought in 3 or 4 pieces of equipment to begin the drying out process. He communicated exactly what they were going to do; and that he would available to assist, if Insurance people had any questions. He was very professional and assured me I would get my home back to normal soon. The next day I got a call from Juan, the project manager. He came with a couple of helpers and more drying machines. They took more detailed moisture readings. They were all respectful of me and my property. Juan said his people would be in the area the next day and would call in advance of coming over. Justin did just that. He arrived when he said he would. He took more moisture readings and asked if he could again next day at about the same time. He called in advance. When he got here he said the blowers were doing their job and the moisture readings were definitely lower. He came again the following day, took his readings, and said he could remove a few of the blowers where the moisture was gone from the area. He came the next day, took more readings and said the machines had completed their mission. He removed the remaining machines. He was also very respectful of me and my property. I just want to give a big shout out to Daniel Jaime and the whole Rocky Mountain Restoration crew for helping me out in my time of need. I had a shower cartridge fail in my shower and my plumber recommended these guys and I was quite impressed and how fast they showed up.(within the hour) They were very prompt and professional and answered any questions I had about the process. If I ever need water restoration services I know who to call. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know.

I recently had a flood in my bathroom, and Rocky Mountain came to the rescue immediately. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. Our service technician, Daniel was phenomenal! Erin and I believe his name was Miguel. We’re awesome. They came out and couldn’t have been nicer to me and my dog. They were incredibly helpful and kind! This is what great customer service is all about.

My plumber was the one that contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration for me when my dishwasher leaked into my downstairs neighbors unit. They labeled the job as a duplex instead of individually owned condos. They continually communicated with my downstairs neighbor about my unit and not me. When I called them out on it they tried to play it off and it continued to be an issue. I wasn’t given any documentation to read on their policies. I wasn’t handed some guys cell phone to sign consent to start work on my unit. Once they finished the work I was told they would bill my insurance directly and I didn’t have to worry about it. Months went by since the work was completed when I started receiving emails between them and my insurance asking for more money. Each side taking weeks to respond. Almost 6 months went by and my insurance refused to pay them the more money they wanted because some of the work they did wasn’t even needed. Rocky Mountain Restoration then came to me saying I needed to pay them almost $2,000. After fighting with them they went down to $619. I would never work with them again. They were unprofessional, not transparent, and charge obscene amounts of money and when they can’t get it from insurance they make you pay. They also damaged my counter tops.
