My wife and I have been living a nightmare in our home for 6 years and, after paying other "mold remediation" companies thousands of dollars to NOT solve the problem, we finally found Clint and Bay Coast Restoration. This team has treated our home like they would their own home. They found all of the problem and damaged areas. They were in constant communication with us and we knew everything that was happening through out the entire process. There were no surprises and no "gotcha" change orders. Everything was clearly communicated, with their expert recommendations, and we were given time to consider our options and our decisions were supported. Also, since I was working, my wife was home to deal with the day-in-day-out and, as a husband, I can confidently say that Clint's team is the kindest, most respectful team of hard working men that we've ever dealt with and I felt totally comfortable with my bride dealing with them day to day. It really was like having family work on our home. Our mold test before they came in and then after they completed their work were night and day, to say the least. We went "cheap" the first time around and paid a greater price for it. My only regret with Bay Coast Restoration is that I didn't know who they were several years ago. I can’t say enough about Clint and Bay Coast Restoration. I was put at ease the minute Clint walked in my condo. He took his time and explained what he felt the most conservative way to correct my issues in the most timely manner. The air handler at my condo developed mold resulting with replacing drywall and sealing the area off. Clint was concerned about my safety & came up with a plan to test the condo throughout for mold. Thankfully all is good. I’m so satisfied with this company. I would recommend them to anyone who has any mold issues.. By the way it was all done in one week start to finish. Thank You Clint!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had an awful mold problem in multiple areas of our new home (thanks, Lennar) and felt overwhelmed by the situation. We got quotes from 4 companies but decided on Bay Coast. The biggest reason was because of its owner, Clint. He was incredible throughout this entire process. He is honest, transparent and communicates incredibly well. We felt very informed and comfortable with the decision-making the entire way through.
