Clean and Dry

We worked with Clean and Dry Restoration when our workplace was flooded. The entire crew was exceptionally helpful, educated, and courteous. Jonathan was able to explain everything to us, step-by-step, so we understood what was going on. Peer was in constant communication with us, updating me on the status of our reconstruction, and Erica in the office was always quite pleasant. I do not wish anyone to experience water damage in their home or place of business, but if it does occur, I strongly recommend Clean and Dry Restoration to assist with the aftermath.

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen, so I called Clean and Dry Restoration. They came right away and fixed the problem, leaving everything nice and cleaned up. I love how the team was so friendly and efficient. It really is lovely to feel so welcomed and touched by the people I share my home with. Gio and his team were very nice and helpful! They made sure to answer any question I had, was reassured that the job will be done, and it was! The team is great with hardworking people. My recommendation is to hire them as they do a really good job.

When I called Clean and Dry Restoration about my water damage, they came out very quickly. Josh and his team were very skilled and focused on helping customers. They didn't take long to get my bathroom ready for the water damage cleanup. He also helped me get in touch with my insurance company so I could file a claim. Everything got done on time. My technician, Jack, was very friendly and professional, making me feel at ease and sure of him. Need I elaborate? I received an emergency call from the tenant of our rental home regarding a water leak in the laundry area. I quickly contacted Clean and Dry Restoration, and a few hours later, they dispatched someone to assess the situation. It turned out to be a long-term leak, marking the beginning of a lengthy project. They began the following day by set up shop, closing off the laundry area, and getting to work. Not long after, I received a phone call from Clean and Dry Restoration informing me that they observed the linoleum peeling up in one of the bathrooms as well as the growth of MOLD. I was in a state of shock and required therapy, which I didn't realize was so common and such a significant part of their job. A few weeks later, I received another phone call from Clean and Dry Restoration informing me that the tenant had asked them to investigate a foul odor coming from under the kitchen sink, which turned out to be another MOLD nightmare. Okay, I about had a heart attack when I learned that the explanation for the leak was that it was a long-term problem with substantial damage.  Consequently, the project became overwhelming, and one can only imagine the financial and emotional burden involved. I became acquainted with everyone in the office on a first-name basis, and if I required information, I was always greeted with a smile. Due to the fact that this got litigious, my lack of organizational skills made this a difficult task. A few months later, we were actually issued with a small claims lawsuit by the renters, and I had to rely on the team for an extraordinary level of help — much above what was required. Sue was busy emailing me photo files and spending extra time with me in the office to explain each shot so that I had a complete understanding of its significance.  Yesterday was the court session, and Josh was scheduled to testify as an expert witness. I've never in my life witnessed someone so composed and collected, especially while being verbally assaulted by the tenant. He spoke with candor, conviction, and the utmost sincerity. I am impressed and keep talking about it. As articulate as I am, it is easy for me to become emotional in court (which is not a place I've spent much time) and I've definitely picked up a thing or two—- 1.bring Josh 2.bring Josh and retain the services of Clean and Dry Restoration.  We do not yet know the outcome of the hearing, but I can assure you that Clean and Dry Restoration ultimately made a difference. They managed the job from start to finish, and I am grateful for their assistance.They have integrity and high standards of work, and I can't say enough AMAZING things about their entire staff, so thank you so much, and I will absolutely 100% recommend you to all of my family and friends, as well as those I don't know who need to hire a company with values and honest, hard-working people who truly care. They also assisted us financially. You can only imagine how much work they ended up doing on the house, which is now nearly brand new after being renovated in so many sections, in order to guarantee that it is mold-free.

Clean and Dry Restoration repaired the water damage in our residence. The drywall and paint completed by subcontractors looked fantastic. We assumed that "restoration" meant repairing all of the damage, but they later informed us that this job was not a full restoration. Due to time constraints, neither they nor I had the luxury of completing the rest of the repair. There were instances where communication could have been improved. After that, the owner reached out to me and apologized for their shortcomings. I have faith that the proprietor will continue to give excellent value and quality products.

I cannot express enough appreciation for Clean and Dry Restoration. When my home was recently flooded, they took care of everything. While I was at work and my wife was out of town, a pipe burst, causing water to flood the second-story floors, the exterior walls, and the garage. Water was also pouring out of the garage.  There was so much damage that I had to vacate my home for three weeks! They carefully and respectfully packed ALL of our possessions. They took care of all the labor required to dry out and reconstruct our home.  We need new subfloors, baseboards, door frames, doors, dry wall, tiling, and carpeting, in addition to interior painting. They also constructed a small fence in our yard so I could bring my two dogs home to be on our property while I worked, saving me the cost of day care five days per week.  Everything was performed professionally and with attention.  The owner came to my residence the evening of the flood and led me through the necessary preparations. He presented me to the men who would care for me, my possessions, and my residence. Elaine, who allowed me to contact her at any time of day or night, was always available to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, and graciously tolerated a few of my emotional breakdowns.  I would recommend Clean and Dry Restoration to anyone in need of their services.
