Kustom Disaster Restoration

We had a water leak that got into the floors in several rooms. Mauricio from Kustom handled the emergency water remediation, and he was excellent. It took almost a week to get it dried out, and he came by daily to check on it and document for insurance. He was professional and thorough, kept me updated throughout, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them for water removal.

We are very pleased with the services we received from Kustom. Outstanding customer service and great communication from the beginning ( initial inspection of the work that needed to be done) until the end ( work completion). We had a leak in the house and a lot of work needed to be done: Floor replacement, changing doors/door frames, and painting damaged walls. Nuria and her team did an amazing job completing the job in a timely and professional manner. I was amazed at how they could move furniture around the house while completing the work without damaging anything. I definitely recommend Kustom and especially Nuria and her team for any home projects you might have.

Nuria and her team were patient and extremely communicative during the entire process with our renovation. We unfortunately had a pipe burst in our bathroom and majority of the bathroom had to be replaced. The bathroom is now complete and beautiful!

They handled the insurance claim and renovations after a pipe broke in my kitchen wall we give him a special boy treat. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Highly recommend.
