I had an amazing experience with ServPro, especially with Nick Green, the project manager for the remediation of my father’s house. Nick was incredible and always available for any questions or concerns I had, and consistently communicative throughout the entire process. I received daily videos showing exactly what was done each day, which made me feel informed and at ease. I truly appreciate the transparency, professionalism, and care that Nick and his team brought to the job. I would highly recommend ServPro and Nick’s team to anyone in the Port St. Lucie area. I was in a very unusual situation. I live on the West Coast of Florida, and own a home in Port St. Lucie that my daughter-in-law and her husband Live in. I got a call that they walked into their house, and Found it flooded throughout, … (it was determined their toilet water supply line had busted open and was shooting 60psi of water into their house… For Lord knows HOW many hours. it was so bad, that the water pressure shot a hole through the bathroom wall, into their master closet behind the bathroom. ) Well, I was beside myself. While I was calling the insurance company, my daughter-in-law contacted Servpro of Port St. lucie. And as insurance companies often do, with procedures that have to be followed, it was taking too long to get someone there. Tristin and Amani with ServPro got there within an hour Of my daughter-in-law‘s phone call! They were informative, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY efficient. They arrived around 8:30pm, and worked diligently until 2 AM… Got all the water out of the house, and set up all their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the home. I could finally take a deep breath And relax, knowing they were there to take care of it. The drying process takes 3 to 5 days (According To Tristin) … Fingers crossed it turns out as well as it looks like it’s going to!

had a toilet tank bolt corroded thru and flood the house of a friend who was away , contacted ServePro, PSL team was assigned to the mitigation process , Nick and his crews were amazing at the cleanup and dry up process very conscientious about the care of the property and contents ! Kristen, Chris and at least 2 more guys I didn't catch their name , Kudos to all , I would recommend ServePro Services to any of my family and friends, thanks Ron Kyzer !

Absolutely in awe of the kindness, professionalism and patience my husband and I were shown during a flooding emergency at our house. From Bree answering my frantic call and talking me off the ledge, to Mike’s courtesy calls and messages to provide updates, I genuinely cannot thank Servpro enough for what they have done. I especially want to give a shout out to Tristin and Armani who came almost immediately and helped turned this nightmare into something manageable; The two of them did a phenomenal job stopping this situation from getting worse and did so with the absolute necessary calm and kindness that helped us wrap our heads around this situation. While I hope something like this never happens again, in the awful event that it does, I will look nowhere else but Servpro in PSL/Ft Pierce for my needs. Thank you guys again for everything.

Came home to a flooded house from a burst water line. Tristan & Armani came in less than an hour of being called, when the insurance approved company couldn't make it until the following day. They did incredible work, were very professional, and kind during a stressful time. They came in the evening and worked until after 2 am to make sure the job was done, water extracted, & fans and dehumidifier set up. While I hope there never is a next time, if there is, SERVPRO will be first on the list to call.
