I had an incredible experience with this team from start to finish. Paul was fantastic during the initial quoting process — he was responsive, answered all my questions quickly, and adjusted the quote as needed when I had additional requests. His professionalism and dedication to helping a potential customer made a big difference. Nathan and Carlos just completed a full crawl space encapsulation at my home, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. These two worked nonstop the entire day, handling every aspect of the job with care, professionalism, and serious skill. They dug a trench, installed an interior drain system, properly graded the area, added a foundation strip drain, and installed a sump pump with direct-discharge plumbing to the exterior. On top of that, they built a custom crawl space door, installed a dehumidifier, sealed all vents, wrapped every pier, and fully encapsulated the floors and walls. They even added electrical outlets for the pump and dehumidifier! They were friendly, hardworking, and clearly take pride in doing things the right way. The finished result is clean, solid, and thoughtfully done—I feel like they went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for top-tier crawl space work. They were AWESOME!

This company installed a moisture barrier and dehumidifier and it's clean and professional done! Something seemed to be wrong with the dehumidifier so I notified Paul and he came out first thing Monday morning! He made some adjustments and it now runs correctly! He charged zero and he just wanted everything to work correctly and this was 5-6 months after the initial installation! I appreciated the quick fix and follow up!

Crawl Space Medic did an amazing job encapsulating our crawl space! Not only was the price very reasonable, the installers did a very professional job (they did everything I asked them to do). They even cleaned up any mud that had been tracked in before they left. Crawl Space Medic exceeded my expectations, & I highly recommend them!
