Zach C, Adam, Nate, Andre and Abner did and outstanding job in helping my family with a basement flood. They handled the job with such care and respect to us and our property. Each one of them handled the job so professionally and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. I would highly recommend this Servpro team for any job. Truly the BEST!!

We had mold remediation services completed in our basement which included structural cleaning of all surfaces as well as steam cleaning of a recliner chair. This was performed by the team of Dominic and Wilson. They were outstanding workers who were professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard and did a thorough job. They explained the services and answered all of our questions. We also had a complete cleaning and sanitation of our heating ducts which was performed by Freddy and Miguel. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job as they cleaned the entire system including all heating registers throughout the house. We were completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend both of these teams teams if you require these services. Project manager Zachary Carden did a great job coordinating this effort and worked hard to get the project completed on time to meet our needs.

My only disappointment is not being able to give them TEN stars! I’ve worked with Curtis (formerly Mold Guys) twice and he’s just awesome. He is very responsive, thorough and professional. I will absolutely hire him again and recommend him highly!

Had to call serv pro last night due to our basement flooding, Jason the project manager came to assess then less than an hour later, his team arrived to extract all the water and it was all gone just over an hour later. So happy and grateful to the team for being so professional and making my experience stress free. I would definitely recommend serv pro!

A recent deluge flooded our consignment shop here at St. John’s Church, in Barrington, RI. While the rain was still coming down, and with no end in sight, I called SERVPRO to bail us out! Within twenty minutes Project Manager, Ivan Melo, waded through the water ready to assess the situation, and promised a team of remediation technicians would be on site in just minutes. Domonic and Wilson delivered a truck load of equipment to remove the water and more to dry the area. Today, Miguel G., and Abner swooped in to remove all their equipment and put all the furniture back in place. Project Manager, Ivan, was so professional, and his calm reassuring way calmed us all down. His teams conducted their tasks quickly, professionally and with a smile. I always liked their tagline "Like it never even happened!" But seeing it in action was even better! While I hope I never see them again, they’ll be the first to call if disaster returns! David M. Stephen DeMagistris did a great job as my Project Manager. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and worked with me to find a clean-up date that would work for my busy schedule as well as ServPro’s schedule. Hopefully, I never need these kind of clean-up services again. But if I do, I will be sure to use ServPro. Thank you!

This is a weird review to write, as I hope I never need their services again, because no one wants to have this type of work done in their property. But TRUST me, if a similar situation happens again, I can rest assured that Servpro will be the team to call to the rescue. Zulma and Dominic were amazing at their job, they were very mindful of everything, and checked in every time they had a question or when they needed to communicate with me. Long story short, the second unit in my property needed a level 3 biohazard cleaning after the passing of my elderly tenant in the property, they did an amazing job ensuring the cleaning was done properly.
