Wow. Where do I start? James the superviser was great he went above and beyond in every step of the way explaining me and helping me out with every and any question I had. Benito is a great and fast worker and also super clean. You guys are really lucky to have someone as Benito to work for you. Both where super friendly and made everything as comfortable for me and my family, and I really appreciate that. I really hope that no one goes to any circumstances that need a restoration company but if you do Servpro and this team is really who you need. They are fast and friendly and thats who you need in times like that. Thank you guys.

Very happy with our move back in. James and Julie have been helping us for two years with our contents after a fire loss and total rebuild of our home. It took 2 years and today we began a multi step process of returning to our home. The Harts are organized and have a great process in place to ensure your items are well cared for, and they take on all the heavy lifting. When dealing with the most painful process of our lives, the Harts of ServPro East Poway/Ramona and our Builder have been the two contacts that have made this nightmare bearable. They know what you're enduring and they try to lighten the heavy load of enduring a significant loss. Their professionalism and great attitude starts with the owner, James Harte, and carries through to his entire team. During the pandemic and after I faced devastating losses (fire, water, and smoke damage) to my house and belonging, they managed every aspect of the remediation and were instrumental in managing the complexities of recovering what was owed from the two property insurance carriers involved. James was always there for me. He has an uncanny ability to see the big picture and then manage all of the details so that the job runs smoothly and efficiently. James and his team brought the same high level of professionalism when I had to move at the beginning of April . They were able to move all of my stuff so that nothing was broken, no matter how fragile. There was a lot of stuff and yet they managed to complete the job in time. The company also runs so well because Julie Morgan is so amazing at scheduling, coordinating, and dealing with insurance companies. I want to clarify that the initial 3-star rating was a complete oversight on my part. My intention was always to give SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona a full 5-star rating — and if I could give more, I would. Their exceptional service, professionalism, and compassion truly deserve nothing less. I was referred by a friend to James Harte at ServProand I could not have been more pleased with the quick response, and the follow up all the way through the process of cleaning up the water damage and drying everything out as well as working with the insurance company in regards to the insurance claim. John Goetz went above and beyond in regards to helping me resolve the claim with my insurance company and he was always willing to help me with my questions and follow up with the insurance adjuster I could not recommend them more highly! After a house fire, the repair of our home began with ServPro doing the clean up/pack up of our personal belongings. Jim/Julie and crew were more than professional, thorough and responsive throughout the entire process. They showed genuine concern for us, knowing how devastating it was to lose property and cherished personal items. They went above and beyond their responsibilities, they even restored a sentimental piece of furniture that would have otherwise been discarded.
