Padgett's Fire & Flood Restoration

My dishwasher leaked and damaged the kitchen baseboards. Hector from Padgett’s came out immediately to access the damages. Within an hour other technicians arrived with fans to dry out the area. They also removed the damaged baseboards. Afterward Debbie followed up with me about replacing the baseboards. She was very nice and worked with me to schedule it. Today, Billy replaced the baseboards. He went above and beyond. His expertise showed in the work that he did. From start to finish Padgett’s did a great job! Thank you Padgett’s for a professional job with courteous and knowledgeable employees.

Everybody was very professional. Everybody was on time, answered my questions clearly, and everybody was easy to communicate with I highly recommend them, we were so happy with how they handled things. We have them do some additional work separate from the Insurance job that was done due to our leak again thank you everybody.

Please look into hiring a different company to fix your property. You should never have to worry about hiring a company and your stuff missing because one of there employees have stolen it. My house was recently flooded. When I moved back in I have multiple items missing not only have they stolen my families and mine belongings, they charged us to unpack our things and never did it. Please go with another company some one you trust.

It was a very difficult time. My house was flooded, and I trusted these people with my belongings.. I had $40 and $100 worth of gift cards under the bed in one of the room that flooded. Many things were not inventoriec properly.II also had money in the garage and a hatbox but they said they never opened, We have pictured of an open hatbox. And water damage marks where the money was . Noting like taking from people in a crisis . I’ve talked to people and they were nice but it took three weeks to get back to me another situation was I asked that my children’s dressers be left alone just moved to our guest room and one was totally packed in the other was left on a dolly that was dangerous for my young children . I had to take it off the dolly myself to keep my children safe . We also had a situation with Debbie. She was not kind at all at a time our lives are upside down. In fact she threatened to keep our stuff until the insurance paid her $2,000 of the 22,000 billed to the insurance. She had already received 20,000. I think the insurance was waiting for them to remove all the damaged things out of our garage that is still there. As the homeowner we should not have been approached with such rudeness. I believe that she should know that she is in a business that people are experiencing difficult situations. Instead of being mean she should have tried kindness. Kindness comes from within and could have changed a lot during this time. Unfortunately she didn’t have that

Padgetts began work in my home beginning on 2/7/25. There was an upstairs leak which caused some problems downstairs. They assessed the work/damage on the morning of the 7th and immediately asked if I was "ok" to have them begin work that day. So far, I have been impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and explanation of work being completed. I would like to give a special "Thanks" to Eric, Sam, Jorge and Isael. These gentlemen no doubt bring value to your company. They continually displayed a professional attitude, willing to answer or get me an answer to concerns and took pride in their work. They handled our stuff with care and did a great job with containing dirt and dust. As we get into the restoration phase of this project, I hope the service I've experienced so far continues. Will update this post, as we work through the restoration process.

Had a roof leak due to the rains back in April. Padgett's was called out by our Insurance Company and they arrived immediately. Our experience from start to finish was more than I expected. I was drawn to this company as they are not only a family owned business, but the years they have been in the industry. Their employees were respectful of my property, friendly and very professional. They never rushed to just get the job done and their attention to detail was impressive. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you again!

Our holiday cabin flooded when our toilet broke and our homeowner's insurance company recommended Padgett's, whom we contacted immediately. All the repairs have since been completed. I rarely leave reviews but Padgett's was so fantastic I'm making an exception. From the moment of my first phone call, their service was superlative. They began organized all necessary repairs immediately, arranged estimates/invoices/payments directly with our insurance company, and coordinated all aspects of the work from demolition to structural rebuild to plumbing repair to floor tile, paint and other finish work. Everybody we dealt with at Padgett's was 100% professional and trustworthy from start to finish. Moreover, they worked neatly and quickly and went made every effort to provide maximum quality as economically as possible. Padgett's was a pleasure to work with throughout, we never had even a small complaint, and all accounting was fastidious--by far the best contractor/construction experience we've ever had, and I can recommend them without reservation.
