Left a message on a Saturday afternoon expecting to get a call back on Monday. He called back within a couple of hours and came out right away to survey my fallen tree. Planned on Tuesday for tree removal. I slept in late Sunday morning. When I looked out my window at 10:30, the tree was gone and loaded up on his truck!! WoW! He said he was bored at the house so decided to come get my tree! It doesn't get much better than that. He also used his machine to smooth over the rutts in the ground where the tree had dug in. He could have just left it rough, but he didn't. Very good guy! I really wanted to be there to insure everything happened as planned. But he did exactly what we discussed without my being there. Very nice, fast work! Recommended ++

Little man is a very immature young man who drives a van that can not fit any takeaway brush and spends all his time on his phone chatting with his Dad. He was very angry because he felt ripped off by some online rip off gimmick and I had to listen to that for an hour. Then when he started to work he said he did not want to finish the job and did only half of the job. He left in a huff. I paid him exactly what we agreed upon for the half job and that made hime even madder. He is a childish young man and I made the mistake of thinking I was helping him, he has real issues, stay away...

Called them on Tuesday. Came out immediately and gave me a quote. Wednesday morning all three of my trees were cut. Very happy with the work. My husband was so happy that he has already called them out to cut a gum tree that we have in our yard. Thank you for your professionalism and getting the job done

We just had a large tree removed from our front yard. Company was very responsive, quick with an estimate and did the job a couple days later. The price was excellent, lower than others in the area, and the job was done swiftly and very well. He filled in the area with topsoil and left the yard clean. Could not be happier.

Hon and his company took down several, and I mean several large trees on our property. He was thorough, professional, fast and precise. He was willing to work to satisfy any and all concerns we had. He was courteous, friendly, and interested in making sure what we wanted was handled. His prices were excellent, and I would, have and will, recommend him to everyone who needs a tree service.

These guys are the real deal. They took down a tree above my drive way, which was for the neighbors. I know that we did not personally contract them , but highly recommended What a great representation of Cole Reality....they knocked it out of the park.
