Everyone I interacted with at CR was great! I felt like we received proactive and personal communication throughout the process. They're honest, stick to their word, and overall easy to work with. Both Daniel and Frank were responsive , friendly and professional. Their crews were also top-notch, thorough and fully competent in their work and follow up, especially William who was empathetic and stayed late to finish things up even when he didn't have to. I'd call them again for sure!

Good neighbors make the difference and Country Restoration is a good neighbor! We are absolutely thrilled with the completed restoration of our home following a refrigerator line failure and water damage. The Country Restoration team led by Todd Phelps, guided us throughout the process, connecting us to Tania at American Marble & Granite of Camas and Jared at Northwood Cabinets of Vancouver, while maneuvering with our home insurance to complete the project. For months while we were without a functioning kitchen, doing our dishes in a half bath, we cracked the sink bowl. Country Restoration installed at no charge a new vanity we purchased ...an example of their professionalism and honestly ....being a good neighbor. We highly recommend Country Restoration.

All around great experience! Working with Andrew, William, Daniel, Dillon, Julio, etc...all of them had such a passion for what they did, and genuine desire to take care of the customer. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail and care when restoring our floors. Everyone of them showed compassion and integrity while at my home. I felt like I had a partner throughout the process of dealing with insurance, and they were "on my side". I wish I knew the right place to start but I guess I'll start with saying, if your looking for a company to hire and are worried, searching all over for someone to trust and believe in after damage to your home, you've found them. Our house burned down 8 months ago and I had 4 different companies come out and I just felt like I needed one more before we made a decision on who to go with. Todd came out from country restoration and he was completely honest and amazing at explaining the process. We knew right away he was our guy. Todd has went above and beyond any expectation I have ever had. He's been there through all our emotions and made it known our family was important to country restoration. They showed it. From William coming and always smiling, helping with so much and overlooking the work to Julio who was so sweet and even helped my husband carry very heavy furniture down our very long driveway, to Matt and Kaylah who did so much with insurance and our mortgage company so I could breathe.... I can't even say enough. You will not regret using this company. I will really miss when we don't need them anymore now that this is all over. They become family.

We had a water leak/damage to floor and wall in kitchen. We chose Country Reconstruction to do the reconstruction after all the demo and asbestos removal had been done by other companies. We could not have been more pleased with Todd and the entire team at CR. We knew what would be happening and when, and every person who came was friendly and very professional. Work was completed a day ahead of time, and supervisor came to review the final project. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and will be calling them for any projects (not just reconstruction) going forward.
