SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood

My experience dealing with Christopher Delfino and his business was very disappointing. Communication was extremely poor, calls and messages often went unanswered, and it was very difficult to get clear updates or resolutions. When I tried to follow up about ongoing issues, instead of receiving constructive help, I encountered unnecessary pushback and a lack of professionalism. In my opinion, the way concerns are handled raises serious doubts about the honesty and reliability of the operation. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution, as it is virtually impossible to reach or communicate directly with the head of the operation, Mr. Delfino.

These guys are great! My wife & I used them years ago for flooded basement & that did a great job! This time, a neighbor upstairs thought he was a plumber & promptly broke a water pipe under their sink. It rained down on our kitchen ceiling. It was so much water the ceiling came down on top of us! After I called the landlord, I called ServPro. I spoke to the owner Rob, who was very nice, & he had me call Avi, who does the pricing & sets up the appointments. He was also very nice. A day later Eric & his crew came in, assessed the cituation & immediately went to work. He was also really nice & sympathetic to our ight. Within several hours he & his crew( you guessed it) also nice & curteous, had cleaned up the mess, removed all of the water & cut out the sheetrock that was hanging down with a light fixture hanging off a piece. It was unbelievable! They even sprayed all the exposed framing with a midewcide that smelled good. Eric also set-up 3 big fans pointing up to the exposed ceiling framing to prevent mold. Also they had a large dehumidifier set up to remove moisture in the air. They are super professional. They are worth every penny. Besides the price was good considering all the work they did. I would would never call anybody else. PS: you get what you pay for.

As with most damage to our homes, it's always unexpected and overwhelming when you have water on 2 levels. When I first contacted ServPro at about 11:30 PM, they were very helpful with telling about the immediate steps that needed to be taken because I still didn't know the source of leak. Cesar and his entire clean up team have been great and totally respectfully of my home. Cesar has taken the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. He also worked with my insurance company to keep them up and keeping the claim moving along. Thank you Cesar and ServPro.

Servpro came to my home to do water mitigation. Their workers failed to notify me of the work they were doing and without notification, destroyed tile causing asbestos to be in the air throughout the basement of my home. Please use another provider and not this company. My family and I lost property and possessions because of their actions. Do your due diligence and go elsewhere

At the VFW Post 107 we had a ceiling leak. The Servpro team of Amit, Tom & Guiseppe was very professional, finished the job faster than expected and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Servpro did an awesome job in my water damage clean up. They did their job in a professional manner, neat, clean and courteous.

ServPro conducted the post-construction cleanup of our basement. Cesar and his team were incredible. They left the basement sparkling and even cleaned up the crawlspace under our kitchen and our grill which happen to be in the basement. I am so pleased with their work and we plan to hire them again for more cleanup of the building's upper floors. Everyone was kind, polite and efficient.
