I called Andrew from ATI a few months ago for an emergency fire and flood restoration at had at my property. He personally showed up at 11:30pm, in his pajamas, to make sure his team had everything covered. Throughout the entire rebuild process, Andrew kept me informed every step of the way and provided detailed reports and photos to support my insurance claim. Exceptional service and professionalism. ATI employees know what they are doing. I was very confident with the results through this process of drying the walls in my home and garage. ATI was neat with their work, and the response time was quicker than my home warranty company. I will definitely refer ATI to anyone I know that has had their water heater leak as mine did, and for any other restoration service that may be needed. Thank you ATI!

Called for immediate remediation of water damage. They didn't call back until 2 days later. I'm glad I already went with a different company that came out same-day otherwise the bathroom would be covered in mold by now. Also the woman on the phone who called back was rude and HIGHLY unprofessional. She could use either training on professionalism or send her to unemployment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Home Perfect Restoration 10/10 for them.

This place left my house worse than they found it. They hire anyone to do work. My ceiling was painted and clean look at all the dirt on the attic access, this is from these people. I installed a new stair rail.. instead of both people carrying it up, one person carried it. It hit my rail and damge the metal and paint. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!
