As a realtor, I often find myself in a position with clients who are selling a home OR are purchasing home with potential issues such as mold, prior water damage and/or odors that need to be removed. I have called on A Cleaner Image multiple times over the years to help in these situations. They are always quick, very efficient and incredibly professional. They have seen everything and always have a solution. Recently, I had a buyer who had concerns about a prior water issue in the home they were buying. I called A Cleaner Image immediately and they were able to come within a few days to do an inspection. While there, Ryan, our technician, explained exactly what he was doing, taught us a lot about indoor mold, and send out the lab samples immediately. The follow up was also outstanding, as he explained exactly what the reports said and gave us all peace of mind. I recommend them with no hesitation. Most important to me, everyone in the office and organization is kind, understanding and communicates to the highest level. There is no one better!

We had a great experience with A Cleaner Image during our recent bathroom renovation! Ryan and his team were kind, professional, and communicative from start to finish. They were always respectful and friendly—greeting me, my husband, our newborn, and our dog each day—and were happy to take on a few extra touches to make sure everything looked great. Our old house came with a few surprises, but they clearly explained our options, gave honest recommendations, and quickly provided updated (and fair) pricing. A Cleaner Image did an amazing job of restoring my basement after water damage left me with a major mold problem. They were honest, kind and attentive to every aspect of the job. We had used A Cleaner Image seven years ago. When there was another need, we knew who to call. A Cleaner Image made them the "only" service we would put our trust in. Once again, they worked with us, did a remarkable job at a fair price, kept us informed every step of the way, and so much more. The technicians (Chris and D'Andre) were great, they answered any and all questions we had on the job site. Kim and Ryan were wonderful. Kim helped us with the home insurance, which we were unaware was available, and helped us get the results we needed. Ryan offered ideas and advice on how to proceed with the job. A Cleaner Image helped me out with sewage backup into my basement! They came out on a weekend at night and quickly got to work remediating the situation. The owners and crew provided great communication, service, and follow through regarding all the steps to be navigated. When dealing with a highly stressful situation such as this it's nice to know that you are working with competent professionals.
