She promptly drew up a detailed contract, included all the required steps to address problem areas. The work crew was focused and thorough and did a superb job. My mother in law chose Alyssa's company; Feels Like Home to remediate her basement. We were impressed how fresh and new her basement looked after the work was done. Very thorough, compassionate, flexible, reasonable prices. Alyssa is a fabulous manager. She has supported and guided me through a very difficult time. Flexible with start date while I did a lot of decluttering. Bad mold problem from leaking kitchen sink. Much damage. Team did great job cleaning up general messy house. They are taking care of mold. Alyssa is helping so much by arranging for damage in kitchen cabinets and counters, sink, all carpeting, couch and all mattresses to be replaced. That is a short list of the extra things she has done for me. Great quality work and reasonable prices. A perfect person to call if you have water or fire damage.
