Rochester Restoration

We had a fire in January with expensive smoke damage through the entire unit. After we settled up with the insurance company in April, the restoration company that was to do the entire job, backed out. This left us subcontracting out the work. Chris and his team at Rochester Restoration was the first company we used and boy did they set the bar high. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We never thought the smoke odor would be gone but Chris and his team got the job done. We are sorry this review is late as we have just finished up the unit. My apartment had water damage and mold inside the walls from the unit above me. Our complex chose Rochester Restoration for the repairs out of several companies. The guys were very friendly , Tamarcus and Nick stayed very professional and attentive while moving my 10,000 house plants and my daughter’s giant barbie dream house and for that we are grateful. Chris kept me updated throughout the project and finished a few days earlier. We are back into our home, safe and sound.

My experience with Rochester Restoration was excellent from start to finish. I initially contacted them because the first company I worked with regarding water damage ghosted me. Chris responded promptly and completed a thorough assessment of the damage, which was needed. Everyone I worked with through the process was professional, timely, and followed through according to schedule. I especially appreciated the crew that moved my furniture and boxes as they were respectful & careful with these items as well as efficient. Communication was also excellent throughout the process. I have already shared my positive experience working with Rochester Restoration with family and friends & should I need similar services in the future, I would contact them without consideration for any other vendors.

Rochester Restoration has earned the highest rating possible. They are not only professional, reliable, honest, diligent, courteous, and prompt but they are great communicators as well! We had a fire at our home and Rochester Restoration came in and resolved all of our issues including ones left unresolved by a prior recovery service! From start to finish my experience with Rochester Restoration was absolutely amazing. Communication with the office, crew, and myself was seamless and timely. I had a septic tank back up into my master bathroom and bedroom which pretty much destroyed them. This was a homeowners insurance claim and Rochester Restoration helped deal with my insurance which company which took the stress off of me. All I had to do was the fun stuff - which was picking out a new vanity, paint, colors, fixtures, shower, flooring, etc. Anyone who has been through a renovation in their home knows how disrupting it can be to a household. I am a single mom with 2 kids, 3 dogs, and a cat. Josh and his crew helped to mitigate the stresses on the household and get the job done to my exact specifications. I trusted them explicitly when I was unable to be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

In the unfortunate event of a fire, flood or need for mold remediation, the Rochester Restoration team will come to your rescue! It has been a source of great pride to be their chosen provider of storage solutions. Rochester Restoration are incredibly responsive and will not finish the job at your home, office or facility until you are 100% satisfied. Josh and Mike are incredibly personable and knowledgeable and they will make sure you are well taken care of!

Amazing company and service!I had a flood in my home in May. I called Mike and his crew at 5am in the morning and they arrived within a couple of hours. They removed all the water, they had to demolish both the ceiling in the living and dining room. They brought in large industrial fans to dry the walls to prevent mold. They also boxed and stored ALL the furnishings in both rooms during the renovation. Today they returned the furnishings, they were careful and conscientious in making sure they didn’t damage the new hardwood floors. They were extremely helpful in moving furniture to the basement and upstairs. I can’t say enough about the AWESOME service that we received from Rochester Restoration! Thank you!!
