From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. My basement had unfortunately flooded, and as you can imagine, the stress and frustration were overwhelming. But once I called United Water Restoration Group, everything changed for the better. The team that came out to help me were AJ and his brother Ron, and let me tell you, these two are absolute professionals. From the moment they walked through the door, they treated my home and my family with the utmost care and respect. They didn’t just come in, do a quick job, and leave. Instead, they took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me through the process, and make sure I understood what needed to be done and why. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. First off I never had met Ron until he came to my house. My basement had flooded twice. The first time was just a mess did not work out well we had Runyans put the carpet in the carpet was low quality everything about it just wasn’t right the installer was terrible. Ron came out at a moments notice when it happened. The second time showed for my door with a smile on his face, ready to help his team here in one hour we’re done with mitigation and no time at all. It was amazing. His crew was phenomenal as well as himself. All I can say is if you need work done or you need anything, he can do it all. And I’m not exaggerating

We had over an inch of sewer water over most of our basement ruining our carpet and other items of furniture. This business came in and had the water mess out of there, the carpet and furniture removed, and the rooms disinfected and cleaned all in one hardworking day. They were respectful, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to any and all.

I had a sewer backup with 9" of water. I lost everything not on a shelf, including couches, treadmill, tubs of clothes that floated and rolled over, Christmas tree and decorations, walls, flooring... all sorts of stuff. Ron stopped by to assess the damage and gave me an amazing quote. He and his team were so very kind, caring, professional, and quick! They emptied the basement, dried it and remediated. It's a clean slate now. The first thing I noticed was everyone of them introduced themselves. They were happy to help and it was a BIG JOB!
