Oracle Construction and Restoration

Oracle came to remodel our house after a fire sprinkler went off in our living room! The guys were super professional, very reliable, quite skilled, and really nice. They knocked out the work within the timeline they provided and the work was PERFECT! Colin is an amazing project manager and made sure our house looked identical to what is was before the incident. Highly recommend Oracle Construction!

My experience with Oracle was top notch, from the beginning assessment with Erica to the team leader Collin who supervised my job. They assigned Roberto to our home to complete everything our home needed. He was punctual and his work was exceptional he took time to ensure everything was done better than before. I have had no issues with this team. They took the time to walk me though each step of the process, no questions where not answered they are a wonderful company.

Oracles Mitigation/Pack-out team went above and beyond my expectations. Erica Ankuda the assistant mitigation manager for Oracles Construction and Restoration department was polite, knowledgeable, personable & eased my stress in having to deal with the flooding of my home. The entire crew under her supervision were very professional, hard working & if I were to honestly rate everyone involved it would be a 10+ rating.

Jose and Roberto did all our work with Collin as the Project Manager, and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Everything met or exceeded expectations in terms of the work done by Roberto and Jose, and Collin was very communicative and made sure we always knew what was going on. I’d recommend Oracle to any friend or family member.

BEWARE!! Oracle is shady and will continue to try and milk your insurance if they do work for you. Save yourself some time and a headache and read the Yelp reviews for this company's restoration team before deciding to use them. Horrible customer service from Nile Baker. He and our original project manager, Greg, continually lied about work being done when no progress was made. Terrible craftsmanship ( the attached pictures show their quality of work). The level of unprofessionalism was astounding, Nile called one of his Project Managers a derogatory name to us multiple times and talked badly about other customers. HUGE RED FLAG: They do not provide a change order when the price of work changed from what was originally quoted until after we were no longer working with them. After a minor flood they were mean't to replace the floors, kitchen, and patch up holes that they cut in the walls. After four months the only thing they had completed was patch the holes, 1/3 of the flooring and a bad paint job where nothing was removed from the wall to paint, we decided to switch contractors. Whenever we pointed out an issue with the work that was done Nile would consistently respond "that was like that before," even though there were multiple pictures submitted to the insurance that proved otherwise. We also had an incident where the project manager called us and let us know the storage container where they put our belongings at our house was open and empty and to file a police report for our belongings. After we called the police, Oracle discovered that another oracle team had taken the contents of the container to their warehouse. Oracle did not complete the job, however we were charged for the areas included in the pictures as being complete. The attached pictures show their quality of work for the 3 months that they worked on our house. The only part of the job that they did not mess up was the flooring, which they had S&G flooring do. The only reason we know that is because our project manager blamed them for leaving trash from the flooring and cigarette butts in the front yard. They even tried to blame damage to doors on non-existent dogs. If you use Oracle, be prepared to be a middle man between Oracle and your insurance company as they try to get more and more money from them. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this company. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of using Oracle for their home restoration read their Yelp reviews. We chose to go with Oracle because we had such a good experience with Ryan Coates, who no longer works there, and only read their Google reviews. Their Yelp reviews tell another story, with multiple clients of theirs running into the same issue we had with their restoration team.If you do decide to work with Oracle be sure to get all communication with them in writing. This is not a unique scenario, I have spoken to previous customers who have had the same experience with Oracle, and who are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the CSLB as well. UPDATE- Just when we thought the debacle was over, Oracle reared its head again. We received confirmation in November 2022 that we were paid in full and the project was complete. We have now received an invoice 98 days after our last payment confirmation. Apparently Oracle is still having issues communicating with insurance and failed to answer a question regarding the contents of a storage container that they were charging the insurance for. Rather that communicate with insurance, they decided to send us an invoice for the first time in February 2023 that was conveniently backdated to 12/22 with no information on the invoice other than a total.

Came in contact with Oracle Construction and Restoration through my home owners insurance after a water supply pipe broke in my home. They were always on time, respectful and kept me up to date. If you are looking for a company to help with mitigation I would highly recommend them.

Oracle construction is a great company to work with! I had some Damage to my home on 2 different occasions and Oracle construction was on the job! They came in a timely manner to my home, they were very professional, courteous and friendly. The level of service they give is amazing!!! Such a family oriented company. One of the incidents involved glass getting into the carpet in my family room and Colin the awesome project Manager was very concerned for the safety of my granddaughter whom I babysit, he made sure the carpet cleaning company was punctual and told them there are small children who play in the room daily. The other guy named Roberto was amazing he did most of the hands on work in my home, from painting, repairing doors, baseboard and other repairs, inside and out. Roberto was awesome to have around he was always explaining what was going on and was very thorough in his work. Oracle construction has wonderful employees and they are great at what they do!
