While parked at the grocery star, our brand new Volvo got a dent about the size of a baseball, probably a well placed door ding, right on a seam. My husband was so upset! He contacted Pristine Dent Repair and they responded back immediately, offering to come to our place or meet them at the shop, whichever was most convenient for us. That same day, they had it repaired in a few hours, having to take the door off. It looks like new again, and they were so kind and considerate. Would definitely use them if it happens again!

Roy was amazing getting me into the shop just a few days after I dinged my rear bumper.
