In the midst of all the chaos that a water leak would bring. I had the best experience using Dry force. They were timely and called me to make sure I knew what was going on. I got text updates, but the best part of it all was the specialist that was sent to my house. Alex exceeded my expectations and was very communicative and thorough. He is a friendly guy that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and talked to my adjuster so nothing was missed. I would definitely use them again if I needed to and I would ask for Alex every time!!
