The staff were super friendly and really accommodating throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend 1-800 San Bernardino restoration enough!! I recently had a pipe break in my kitchen damaging my cabinets & drywall, I wasn’t to sure how to go about it, after calling multiple restoration companies I picked the one I felt the most comfortable & confident with, 1-800 San Bernardino. 1-800 Water Damage really helped my family and I. We had terrible water damage in our bathroom and 3 bedrooms. A few years ago, my household experienced some flooding. I called 1-800 Water Damage, and they were very patient answering my questions and explaining the process of mold remediation and restoration. I had them go ahead and complete a flooring installation for my entire downstairs while they were at it, and they did such a beautiful job that this year I called them again to complete a flooring installation upstairs. Robert and his team were courteous, professional, punctual, and communicative all along the way, and they really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work, even ordering new flooring when I wasn't satisfied with the original materials and then coming back a few weeks after project completion to address a small imperfection. Every step of the project, from drywall installation, to material selection, to color matching paints, to electrical work, has been outstanding. Thank you, 1-800 Water Damage!

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage. Robert came out and gave me a quote for my clients house that had some flooring issues.
