Certified Restoration and Squeaky Peak

We recently had Certified Restoration come out for mold remediation and air duct/dryer cleaning for a house we recently bought. From our initial conversation in scheduling an estimate and communications throughout, they were timely and answered any questions we had. With the actual in-person estimate and job, the employees were professional, walked us through everything, and again, answered all of our questions honestly and in-depth. We will gladly work with them again!

We have a large 2 story white sided house. Over the winter it began to look gray. The 2 guys they sent were so through and went the extra mile to do it perfectly. We didn't have to use our water as their truck had the water. They even moved our porch furniture. We have already recommended them to others. We will definitely have them back!!!

Did a floor removal for me after I had a burst pipe. They only did half of my bathroom when it was supposed to be the whole thing, also were supposed to bring dehumidifiers and did not. Lastly (for things I was able to find) they did not hook my washer drain back up so I had water on the sub floor trying to do a load of laundry, definitely would not recommend using them, very poor work.

I hired these folks to clean the exterior of my commercial building prior to opening and they did an amazing job! The price was very reasonable and they came back several times to make sure everything was done well. They had a couple of methods of cleaning different parts to make sure they didn't damage an old building. I appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone needing a clean!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kent during a very difficult time while moving into a mold infested house. The situation was horrible, however Kent was so gracious in his handling of the situation. He understood my concerns and my limitations as a renter. He gave me multiple options without being pushy or taking advantage of the situation.
