SoCal Flood Restoration & Design

We have use SoCal Flood Restoration & Design... twice. They are that good. Our first experience was after the bathroom, vanity, and bedroom of our townhome was flooded from a slab-leak from our neighbor's property. They managed everything with a fully transparent process. Refreshing. After they arranged for asbestos testing, dry-out and remediation, they worked with my wife to develop the remodel. They then installed new flooring cabinetry, bathroom plumbing, wall texture and painting, electrical... everything. Just as she wanted it. And no surprises. About a year later, we decided to remodel the entirety of the same house. We came back to Borna, Alexis, Bani, and the whole SoCal crew. Again, working with my wife, with the same transparent and, importantly, predictable process, SoCal Flood developed an estimate for the project. Again, they were just great. The cost came in as expected, once again, with no surprises. I could not recommend them more highly.

Pinhole leak behind the wall which flooded the whole kitchen.  From the very first visit, the guys at SoCal Flood were prompt, professional and extremely courteous.  They even helped us open up the claim and walk us through the whole insurance process!   The mitigation was done quickly and Borna, the project manager, kept us well informed the whole time, explaining what they were doing and why it was needed.  After mitigation, we kept them on to do with the reconstruction work and our kitchen was put back together as good as new!  Extremely happy with them, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

If looking for a great water damage restoration company you have found one. Working with Borna from SoCal Flood Restoration and Design has been a life saver. My guest bathroom toilet flooded my entire house with sewage water. I called several water damage companies and decided to go with SoCal Flood initially as they were the most honest, transparent and actually took the time to talk to me instead of just telling me what needed to be destroyed without explaining anything to me. It was crazy the amount of damage, as all the carpet, my engineered flooring, even cabinets in the kitchen had to be removed. SoCal Flood was even able to get a pod approved by my insurance and they packed and moved all of my belongings to it while performing the work. They even walked me through and coached me on how to open up the claim with my insurance company. As a matter of fact, we had actually 3-way called with the insurance agent.
