We had water damage in our kitchen due to a leaking fridge. I reached out to ZGreen Restoration on a Sunday evening and Zion came right over to assess the damage. We had lots done and Zion and and his team was professional and very quick to respond to our needs. I would recommend them for sure.

ZGreen helped us in May and June with the aftermath of a flood due to a soft water purge line not installed to code (if your purge line isn't secured to the wall, get it fixed). The water flooded about 1,000 square feet. The Zgreen crew moved in quickly to remove water and to start heaters, dehumidifiers and fans, isolating the area with heavy plastic to the ceiling and zippered openings. We enjoyed the crew - just be aware that they must move fast and give up any notion of organization! They were respectful of our privacy. They were also respectful of our desire not to remove cabinets and counters prematurely. We were able over time to decide what stayed. They did a great job in removal of tile and the underlying gypcrete (hydronic floors). Restoration work is challenging for all due to the noise, potential dust and chaos. It really helps to have a competent, respectful, trustworthy and friendly crew.

We needed assistance with mold remediation after discovering a water leak in a home we had recently purchased. Compared to other companies, Zion and his guys were very responsive and helpful. They explained the process and made sure I understood everything before they began. They instructed what I could do and how I could help to ensure that the project was completed successfully. They carefully sealed off the portion of the house they were working on to contain the dust and debris. At one point they even purchased a new power tool locally to get the job done most efficiently. I hope never have water damage again, but if we do I look forward to working with Zion and his team again.

The owner Mr. Lugasi and the team were very professional about keeping the place clean and airtight. They created hermetically air seal environment. I was very impressed by them building plastic double doors for air seal safety. Their price was very reasonable. We had damage to the same area twice. First time we used Service Master that charged double, but did not clean the mold well, not provide double doors safety. Zgreen was very quick to respond. Two days after the call they started the job

Came quickly and did fast work on leak in crawl space. After initial work it appeared there was still some wet soil and smell removed. I let Zion know and he responded right away and sent the team back out to make it right.
