Jose and his crew were very professional, punctual, as well as very informative. They made sure to be here on time, and did a very good job of staying neat and clean. They also informed us of the production that was done day by day. He stayed on schedule as predicted and remained very professional. I have already recommended him to a few people and will continue to do so. I definitely recommend this company.

I knew I needed a moisture barrier under my house and called Under the House. Jose was quick to schedule a visit to better understand the situation and prepare an estimate. He was on time for the visit and asked a few questions before surveying the environment. He answers some of my questions too. I received a few other quotes and for the same work and equivalent materials, the estimate from Under the House won the day. It took two partial days to complete the work (thankfully my crawl space is very accessible and doesn’t even require crawling) and his team worked hard during those days. Jose again answered my questions and after a recent hard rain I inspected the space myself and found it completely dry. Happy (and dry) days for me! My foundation is grateful and so am I! We just had our crawlspace encapsulated and a sump pump installed by Jose. From the estimate to the finished work Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job. During the estimate he walked through best options, took lots of pictures and was very confident and knowledgeable about our issues. When it came time to do the work, the crew protected our floors and belongings very well, were on time and did an outstanding job cleaning all the debris and old stuff under the house, sealing holes and trenching and encapsulating with high quality materials. We contacted him after dealing with a flooded crawl space in a home we purchased and looking for a highly recommended professional. He came out and did his evaluation of our crawl space and was incredibly detailed with finding problems and strategizing solutions while also easing our minds as new homeowners. During the new sump pump install and vapor barrier he was very careful in keeping our house clean and was incredibly meticulous about the installation process. He’s one of those rare professionals these days and we cannot recommend him enough.

I can't say enough good things about Under The House Moisture Specialists. Jose and his team were incredible—professional, efficient, and extremely clean. Here's how it started... My home had been flooding each winter in the crawlspace. I found Under The House through a Google search and filled out the contact form for a consultation. Jose (the owner) arrived that same week. He was right on time and went down into the crawlspace for about 10-15 minutes. He then came up with a hand drawn map on a piece of cardboard of my entire home's footprint! I couldn't believe it. He explained the issue(s), showed me pictures and said he had options for me. He was polite, never pushy, and honest. I even asked him point blank, "What do I really need, Jose?". He said it depended how long I wanted to stay in the home. He said hands down I needed a sump pump for the flooding but the rest was really up to me. Again I was impressed by his candid honesty. I made the decision to do a sump pump and 110 feet of trenching. The quote was fare, and the exact pricing on his website. I signed off and the very next week the team of 3 got to work. They arrived on time, each of the 3 days labor, were polite, and the cleanest I've ever seen. They literally taped off everything, from the front door to the crawl space hatch. Even the walls. Every day they swept before leaving and made sure I understood what work had been done with pictures to prove it. Once the sump pump and drainage system was installed, Jose made sure I fully understood how everything worked (power source, etc.) and where the drainage was going. It was a breath of fresh air to feel informed and assured that the job was done right; a true professional. My final thoughts are this: I’ve worked with many professionals over the years, but the level of transparency and quality of work from Jose was truly above and beyond. We shopped around and met with other companies to do work to fix our crawl space drainage problems. We decided to go with Jose and we were so glad that we did! Honest estimates and open to working with our recommendations. Very easy to communicate with. Once we scheduled, we were worried about how disruptive it might be, but they were very clean, fast, and very efficient. All around a pleasant experience for something that caused us a lot of stress last winter!
