5 stars for this exceptional company. I've dealt with a lot of similar companies in my life and this one has been by far the best. Their quality of work, their explanation of the work that's needed, their employees are TOP-NOTCH, and the communication between them and myself has been nothing but remarkable. I had so many questions and they walked me through each one of them with kindness and professionalism. What started off as a complete headache for me ended up with a perfectly completed job and a renewed faith in the business world. (Many companies are only looking to make a dollar, this one truly looks out for its customers).

GOLD COAST SAVED ME!!! What a nightmare experience this has been. I developed a leak in my downstairs shower. I contacted my insurance company because I didn't know what to do. They sent out one of their "preferred vendors" who misdiagnosed my problem and lead my insurance adjuster to deny my claim. A contractor friend of mine referred me to Joe at Gold Coast. One of their technicians, George, came to my house and found no evidence to support what the other vendor had said. I ended up hiring Gold Coast (out of pocket) to open things up and find out what was going on. George and his crew were so kind and patient and did a fantastic job. Upon opening the walls, they found an active leak with my shower valve that was the entire cause of the damage (not the shower above like my insurance company claimed). Joe presented the evidence to my Carrier and the adjuster had to reverse his decision and cover my entire claim. The entire claim (around $20K) is now covered for the remediation work and reconstruction of a shower and bedroom. I could not be more excited and thankful for the persistence and integrity of Joe, George and the Gold Coast crew. They completely saved me. BEWARE of the "preferred vendors" the insurance company wants to send out. I found out the hard way that they are not looking out for your best interested. If I could give 10 stars instead of five, I surely would. We had a leak from our master bathroom that had been going on for a long time and had leaked through the walls into the master room closet, but Joe came out and saved the day( week). He and his company were professional,efficient, polite, did incredible work, and made a situation that we thought would be devastating, be completely manageable. They did everything with such care and even went out of their way to check other areas throughout the house and outside to make sure there weren’t any other surprises that could’ve been devastating. We could not have been more grateful to have found Gold Coast for the restoration and mold correction. Thank you Gold Coast.

When working out in my backyard, I heard water from under the house. I have a piers and post house and there was water completely flooding underneath the house. Immediately I called my plumber and then was further referred to Gold Coast Flood Restorations to help with the flooding situation. I was connected with one of the Gold Coast representatives, Kurt Robinson. He fully explained every detail of how the problem of the flooding would be solved. He went on to guide me step by step of the procedures that were to follow over the next few days and weeks. Gold Coast restoration arrived the next morning at 8:00 AM just as promised and again they explained in detail what was about to happen. The owner, Joe Columbo, was very helpful resolving issues with the insurance adjustor. Flooding is an overwhelming experience for any homeowner. However, the Gold Coast employees and the owner were kind and thoughtful and gently guided me through this stressful time. I never worried that they wouldn’t show up or do as they said they would. Additionally, all the employees of Gold Coast were very respectful of my home and treated it as if it were their own. Whenever any demolition was done there was never any debris left behind or mess of any kind. Truly these men are skilled at their craft. I will always be completely grateful for all Gold Coast Flood Restorations did for me. Highly recommend!

Gold Coast Flood Restorations is the best! They came to my rescue within an hour of my initial call, and they've been walking me through the process ever since. Their crew is knowledgable, polite, on-time, and clean. My claim was relatively small, but I never felt like I was being pushed aside so they could handle larger jobs. Joe Colombo walked me through the insurance process better than my insurance agent! I would recommend Gold Coast to anyone. They are the only company I will use in the future if I ever have another leak!

Joe and his team helped me navigate the insurance issues associated with my drain pipe breaking in the wall. A few years prior to that they also helped me when a pipe was leaking under my home.
