RW Restoration did an outstanding job with my condo restoration and rebuild. They made a nightmarish situation tolerable for me and made everything as pleasant as it could be. From the moment I first met Chris, James, Brad, Sean, and Ron, I liked them and trusted them. They are professional, experienced, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I appreciate their attention to detail, quality workmanship and their excellent and timely communication, especially weekly status updates. They went above and beyond for me, treated me with respect and treated me like family. My condo is beautiful and better than before. They are my angels and I cannot thank them enough. Our house was destroyed in a fire started by our neighbor’s house. Out of everyone, I mean everyone, the neighbor at fault, the city (mayor), lawyers and insurance, our general contractors were the last ones I would have expected to receive the most amount of empathy and compassion from. They took extra good care of us, were patient when our stress was overwhelming, and made us feel seen. Which goes counterintuitive to every GC stereotype you’ve ever heard, but RW is the exception. I want to thank Chris, James, Ron and Stephanie personally for making the worst experience of our lives feel like we had someone in our corner.

RW Restoration put our kitchen and hardwood flooring back together after water damage from a leaking pipe. They did it while we are on vacation. We came back to a kitchen that was perfect -- better than before the water damage. RW Restoration was terrific to work with, they did a thorough evaluation of what needed to be done. They informed us thoroughly on their progress with photos and a written description of the work they had completed each week. All the workers were very professional and nice. The quality of work was fantastic. Everything was put back togther and fully functional when we returned. We did not need to have them come back and fix or clean up anything. They were extremely careful to protect the rest of our house and furnishings from any damage while they were working. I highly recommend RW Restoration. I would use them again if the need arises. Five Star work and service!

Erick with RW Restoration came to our home after our boiler sprang a leak. He was very professional and helped us dry up all the moisture within a few days! Quick, efficient, reliable. He also gave us some tips and tricks to hopefully avoid further water damage! I would definitely recommend this company!

I could not recommend RW Restoration and their crew more! I am a dentist and had flood damage to my office. This was a very stressful time for me. Ron came out immediately to help me. I immediately liked him. He is professional, experienced, intelligent and goes out of his way for his customers. Finding a quality general contractor general contractor can be a challenge, but Ron is top notch. He gave me a fair estimate and promised to have his crew work round the clock to get me back up and running. Chris, the project manager, is also phenomenal. He communicated very well with me and has excellent attention to detail. He really showed a lot of concern for my project and everything turned out perfectly. I enjoyed working with him. I also want to thank the crew who were all excellent. They worked nights and weekends to minimized our down time. I really appreciate their efforts and hard work. Erick from RW did a great job to complete the mitigation task for water damage in my property. He was very clear in each step of the process and was thorough in removing the water, treating for mold, and conducting a water test to identify what areas need to be fixed to ensure that no further leaks happen.

Jonathan and Josue were great. They got our job done 2 weeks less than the estimated time of completion. They were communicative and helpful along the way.
