THANK YOU!!! I appreciate the work that your crew,(Ashley, Akia & Matt) have done these past few days. They are very hard working, respectful, and very professional. They communicated clearly every step of the way and took every precaution to ensure they got the job done right. Jalen, their manager was on site as well, which really impressed me and showed that they were indeed committed to the project. Had another guy named, Patrick today that has been with them 8 years and truly did a very thorough job of making sure they had covered all their bases. If you need restoration, I highly recommend Sage!

I hired Sage through my insurance company, Allstate. Unfortunately, both companies were difficult to work with during this catastrophe. Sage was brought in to pack my salvageable belongings and itemize those that were destroyed. The entire experience was chaotic. Sometimes they would show up, and sometimes they wouldn't. There were occasions when I was informed of their arrival, and others when I had no idea they were coming. On several instances, they were scheduled to come but failed to show up or notify me. The process took much longer than it should have due to their scheduling issues, leaking pods, and staffing problems. Then, out of the blue, while my house was still under construction, they arrived and informed me that they were taking the pod containing all my belongings. This happened in the middle of my workday, forcing me to unload the pod immediately. I still don’t have a basement to store my things, but it seemed they were eager to retrieve their pod. Overall, it was a chaotic and disorganized nightmare.

After an unfortunate leak in my ceiling Sage restoration was assigned to my home to mitigate the damage and dry out the impacted areas. I really enjoyed working with Patrick and Jayden and requested Sage to complete the rest of my in home repairs following the mitigation. I was then assigned Ken who has been wonderful to work with. He helped coordinate the drywall and painting repairs with Ray, the flooring with Keith, as well as the carpet pad replacement with Big Bob’s flooring company. I need to also recognize Stacy, Gabe, and Alex who also work at Sage for their professionalism and care with handling all my personal items that needed to be moved for the floors to be refinished. Throughout the whole process there were many people who have been in and out of my home all coordinated by Ken and every step of the way I have felt completely taken care of because of the high quality customer service he provides. I highly recommend Sage Restoration to anyone wanting high quality service. Thank you so much fot taking care of our home!

Sage Restoration completely transformed and beautified our back patio! Extending the slab and adding the cover was a lot of work, but the finished product speaks for itself! We’re very happy with how it turned out!

Sage was extremely timely and professional with managing our water damage. Because of this, we opted to use Sage to help manage the work needed on our wood floors and drywall. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get a crew at our house to manage furniture removal and to restore our house to pre water damage state (and better). Easy to do business with; appreciated timely communication and the ability to text for updates, schedules, etc. Each person on the Sage Team was friendly and professional, caring for our house and the work that needed to be done, as if it was their own home. Superlative job. They did many things for me to spruce up my home. They even came back to fix a caulk line that shrank in the sun. I plan to work with them again this fall.
