Hi Paul Davis Restoration, My unit at Weldon Heights Condominium was flooded in early August. After the leaking, plumbing was repaired. Your mitigation team came and did a great job getting rid of any mold and water damage. However, it did take three months before the restoration took place. Working with Ken was great. We were able to work out the details of the job including selection of materials, scope of work, and time frame for completion. The restoration team did a nice job with the new flooring, white board and plaster, door trim. I am very happy with the overall job. We have received several compliments on the work. Ken Ta was great to work with. He is a great communicator and kept me well informed of all operations during the renovation at my house that suffered flood damage. He was responsive to any questions I had and did a good job scheduling and pushing the construction progress forward. The reno was a long road mostly due to insurance and the contractor prior to PDR, but in the end the project came out well.

When my issue first occurred, it honestly felt like a living nightmare. The water damage to my property was extensive. With young children in my house, I was concerned that the resulting mold and damage to my house would impact our health and safety. The Paul Davis company has made the clean up process much more bearable than I thought would be possible. Zuhair has kept in constant contact and has always been available to answer my questions and answer any concerns and has been a true pleasure to work with. When the mitigation team came through, Maurice (Moe) explained every action they took to disinfect my property and truly went above and beyond to ensure that my house was cleaned thoroughly. Because of their quick work and skill, my family and I are much more comfortable in our house again. The process has been much smoother than I ever expected and I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for the care they have taken with my family, my personal property loss, and my home. I doubt you’ll find a more communicative, caring, and understanding company to work with. I’ll be sure to update my review with the recon process which I am confident now will be just as excellent considering the care Zuhair and Moe have provided to us. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I highly recommend this company.

Following an expansive insurance loss at the home of my elderly father, Paul Davis was recommended for mitigation services. After an extremely painless mitigation, we decided to hire them to complete the renovation. Project Manager Ken Ta was professional and communicative, keeping me on track and involved in both information and decision-making. A renovation of this scope was potentially overwhelming, but Ken successfully guided us seamlessly through the process. Whenever I have hired a contractor to do anything significant, they have always exceeded the projected end date. Not the case here! Ken had projected that a 5 month process would be completed on July 13, and they actually finished 3 days early! Thank you, Ken, for virtually eliminating the stress in what, by all rights, should have been much more difficult!
