5 STARS!!!!! We had the pleasure of working with Jesse and his team right after closing on our new home and right when we discovered a leak. It was an incredibly stressful situation but Jesse stepped in immediately and made everything feel manageable. His communication is top-notch and he kept us updated every step of the way. Chicho and Andres were absolutely amazing, so hardworking, efficient, and respectful. They completed everything in about a week and a half, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They truly transformed a tough situation into a smooth and seamless process. I’m beyond grateful to have found Jesse, Chicho, and the rest of the crew. I would confidently recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be using them for any future remediation needs. Thank you again for everything!

Jesse and his crew arrived within a few hours of me discovering water had flowed into our subterranean bedroom. He quickly was able to determine the approximate damage, He started to removed everything to get us dried out and our recovery process started. One week later we were completely put back together! He was kind and helpful with anything we needed! I am so thankful to have had him!

I've had a couple of water related problems and Jesse and his crew are amazing, they respond quickly and are very efficient. I would not call anyone else. They take care of everything, from investigating the source of the problem, stopping the flow of water, setting up as many fans and heaters as you need, framers, painters, floor people, you need it they get them for you!!! From mitigation to completion of repairs, the Southbay Restoration team was efficient, hard working and friendly - so easy to work with. Their mitigation guy, Andres, was here within the hour after first discovering the water intrusion and he went to work quickly. After the demo/cleanup, Jesse’s team lead by Chicho began work immediately. The walls and ceilings in half of my condo were removed and they replaced the drywall, painted and did other repairs within one week. They have helped me in the past with other water intrusion problems and they always provide excellent service and try to help you find the most cost effective solution. I’m very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Southbay Restoration.

Absolutely, impressed, with south Bay restoration. They definitely exceeded my expectation, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, I had a major flood in my house, I found them on Google. I got several quotes, they immediately stood out from my other two quotes, the sales rep was friendly extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, he showed up on time, and gave my wife and I a reasonable quote.
