SERVPRO of Slidell

Items, plural, were stolen from my house while cleaning after fire. They tried to substitute cheaper materials and charged for the more expensive quality materials that I paid for. Better be on your toes with this bunch no kidding.

They were very professional and communicative. This is our second time using them for a flood in our home. They show up same day even if it’s on a holiday. Joe P was great at letting me know before showing up and explaining everything when he read the machines, and Adam managed our property and was great to work with and helping communicate between our insurance adjuster. I really appreciate them helping our home get back in order quickly!

Corey and his crew with OAM construction were excellent. Corey is very professional, helping me through a very stressful situation, by the end of my repairs he was like a friend. The men at OAM were always prompt, very nice and the quality of their work was exceptional. I will always call them first if I have any problems. I have already referred them to a friend.

My mother had a water emergency and after trying to clean it ourselves we called ServPro. They came out after hours and were thorough and professional. Dave and Caleb were very accommodating to my mother. Highly recommend

The company was phenomenal, they went above and beyond. I think this came from their fantastic workers and leadership ensuring everything gets done properly and usually more than expected. I dealt with Garrett often as he took care of all the plumbing problems in my apartment but he also made sure everything else was taken care of by the rest of the workers. He once made the cleaning crew come back immediately because they happened to miss some stuff while cleaning and wanted to make sure it was perfect and done swiftly. Garrett seems like a model employee and a great representation of the company.

I would like to thank Servpro for an awesome job done on my mother's house. The process from beginning to end was very professional. I would like to thank the entire team from the mold mitigation whom was extremely patient with us and after waiting a year to come back out to finish the cleaning part of the job.....Chelsea, Ebony, Nate and Drew did an awesome job. They were very polite and respectful. Even though the process from other companies took longer than expected Servpro was still very patient with my mom. Thanks for a job well done

Crew was very professional and thorough. Tim and Ed worked hard to address the water migration and clean up. They did an awesome job. They were so respectful and polite. Highly recommend these two workers . Servpro is an excellent company.
