Flood Pros USA

Our home was flooded due to Hurricane Helene, we called Flood Pros USA and they were very responsive and were onsite within a few hours and ready to help. Their service is not the issue I have, it is the price they ended up charging and how they went about it. We were literally standing in flood water in our home when they arrived and we asked point blank what is the remediation going to cost and Anthony said he isn't sure, I said I'm not letting you start any work until you can provide me an estimate so he goes and calls his boss, owner of the company and comes back and tells me it will be roughly $20-$25K so we agree on that verbally. A month later we get the bill and it's over $50K and the owner calls my wife after business hours on a Friday night demanding payment and threatening to put a lien on our home if we don't pay immediately. She asked him about the verbal agreement for $20K-$25K and he says they have her voice recorded agreeing to pay whatever it takes to take care of the flood remediation damage. This company is Shady to say the least, don't use them.

I reached out to Flood Pros for help with my insurance claim. Allstate was refusing to pay my water damage claim. Jamal who responded to my call put my mind at ease when he said that he would help me. Jamal was excellent at explaining each step, instructing me on how to confront Allstate and move my water damage claim forward. He walked me through the process explaining every step. He was easy to reach, always returned phone calls and very patient when answering all of my questions. He even spoke directly to Allstate on my behalf! He went above and beyond. In this stressful situation, his professionalism and responsiveness was outstanding! The end result, Allstate paid my claim, more than I expected. I was able to get my bathroom and floors done. Jamal didn’t have to help me there was no money in it for him, but he did, and that’s rare! Thank you Jamal!

Ryan is incredible! He took my call late Sunday night while I was standing on my front porch - drenched. He set my mind at ease and said he would be at my house on Monday morning. Not only did he get to my home on Monday morning, he was early! He walked around the affected areas and was transparent about what he saw and what needed to be done to get things back in order. The best part - he told me how to do it myself and said my wife and I did a great job of getting things under control ourselves! Who does that? Not very many people. I feel like had I called anyone else besides 24 Hour Flood Pros, someone would have come out and charged me a ton of money to do work that wasn’t necessary. This company is amazing. Tyler help us out when we were recovering from a house fire. They stepped up and ensured we had what we needed to get back on our feet. They brought us equipment to get us powered up late at night at last minute on the same day. They are compassionate, caring and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and explained what would need to be done safely. I would recommend your first call after a disaster to Flood Pros.
