What was special about this estimate there was no sale involved. Our issues are minor and addressing them are fortunately simple enough. Josh is a rare find indeed; I couldn't recommend any professional service more than Josh and Servpro.

Zack and his crew arrived within hours of our call for help. They competently assessed the damage, removed carpet, padding and damaged drywall and placed fans and dehumidifiers to get us on the way to dry. A few days later they returned, removed the fans and cleaned up their work. We so much appreciate the efforts and thoroughness. Great guys!

We had a bathroom flood into our bedroom and basement. While we did the majority of the drying and water removal before hand, I wanted peace of mind that we had resolved all the moisture issues. Zack with Servpro came out and tested everything with his meters and gave me a plan of action to resolve the little bit of moisture we had left in our subfloor. It was very reassuring and I don't have to worry about damage or mild growth now! I am extremely grateful and Zack was so so nice and professional in answering all my concerns.
