The project manager, Zak, arrived within an hour for a free assessment and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. Not long after, the technician, Nick, showed up and handled the mitigation work efficiently while making sure all of our personal belongings stayed clean and protected throughout the process. Woodlands Water Restoration is truly a great company that treats your home as if it were their own. Woodlands Water Restoration was fast, friendly, and highly professional while helping us with our water damage in the kitchen. Zak came out and gave us a very honest assessment. He worked with us to make sure all issues were handled. Nick took up the call the next day and was on time, professional, and left a clean job site once the work was finished. Nick removed all damaged items and left a neat and clean aftermath of our counter walls and drawers. Nick had clear and frequent communication with us about the job and his arrival times. We had a water pipe break and leak through our ceiling. Nick and Zach were both great. Zach was on site within 2 hours to assess the damage. Nick came soon after and did the removal of all the damaged materials. He was very professional and set plastic barriers to ensure the debris did was not spread during the removal. He then set up the drying equipment. All of the happened in a matter of hours of me calling. I would recommend both Nick and Zach for any job you need.

I can not say enough about Water Restoration. I had water damage in my laundry room. They have my house back to normal and I'm so happy. They are so easy to work with, especially Dennis. He is the best. I had to replace carpet, baseboards and wallpaper. All done, and it looks great. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dennis and Water Restoration. Y'all are fabulous ‼️

Zak and John were excellent in working with me to dry out my flooded laundry room. They were professional, communicative and responded quickly when I called for help. Zak especially was terrific in getting the dehumidifier and blowers setup and running over the weekend, even with his injured right arm. They’re part of the Woodlands Restoration team and I highly recommend them.

Zack from Woodlands Restoration was great. He was on time, introduced himself, came in and got right to it. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what he does. I felt safe and in good hands with him and his company! Definitely will call them next time we have water damage issues.
