Great company to work with! I had a water loss at my home in the evening hours (after 5pm) and Amber responded quickly with a crew to get everything cleaned/dried up. Everyone on site was professional and courteous! Guarantee Restoration Services also worked hand in hand with my insurance company to get everything taken care of so I did not have the added stress!

Guarantee Restoration came to my rescue late in the evening and I couldn’t thank them enough!! I had sewer backed up into my home and I made the call. They were at my residence within 2 hours and quickly got my house cleaned up and gutted what needed to be removed. They treated it for mold and put fans to make sure everything dried as it should. This company made sure I was satisfied on several occasions throughout the process. I definitely recommend this Guarantee Restoration!!

The team was great. From the beginning they came in packed my whole house and stored it, gutted and cleaned everything to put the house back together was awesome. Yes we had a few hiccups but they made sure to fix any problems that came about. They communicate with me throughout the whole process. And I love the finished work.

The team assigned to our claim were VERY professional! From the initial contact call from Mike to the immediate start of the job by Redlin & Mr. Keys.
