Menchy Water Damage Restoration of New York exceeded my expectations. After a sudden water leak in our home, their team responded quickly and got to work right away. They were professional, thorough, and clearly experienced. From water extraction to drying and cleanup, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. They kept us informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!

Company was great working with.. My basement flooded and they worked fast in drying and removing all that had damaged they also worked fast to get the response from the home insurance to be able to get all the repairs done.

What a harrowing experience! One minute life is regular and the next you realize how you don’t know what life brings. How we are not in control. We had a fire in our home that almost blew up. We are so blessed from Hashem! With 27 people in our home and still up we were able to vacate and no one got hurt besides my home!! In came Chris and team and made this frightening situation calming ! He took control with a smile and positive, Soothing attitude . He was professional and yet sensitive to everyone here. He went through room by room cleaning it and assessing the damage and literally walking us through the entire process!! This company is so lucky to have such an amazing guy like Chris and his team! I wish I could give Gene and his company more than five stars! Knowledgeable, professional, organized, and respectful - what else can you ask for when hiring someone to work on your home? I called TRX looking for a company to dry out water damage from my house. A leaking toilet upstairs had caused water to drip out of a can light in my kitchen. When I called TRX, I'd been trying to deal with the damage and get bids for repairs for several days, all while my husband was away on business, I was really stressed out. I'd had several other companies out to give bids, but my gut told me something was off with each of them. As soon as I met Gene, I knew I was 100% comfortable hiring him. He was honest and gets straight to the point. Gene and his colleague, Tony, were great to work with. They were always on time and handled everything in a very professional manner. Their office team is well-trained as well and helped us with our insurance claim! I was really impressed with their service. I hope not to need their services again, but I'll be sure to call them right away if I ever do! Highly recommend!
